About the process:

We will put you on our inspection schedule and call you and your client to
confirm that we received this request. We will call your client to fill them
in on what we will be looking for and let them know approximately when we
will be coming (THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE THERE). It should be within the next
1-3 business days, depending on your timing requirements ** please let us
